We want to hear your thoughts.
| | Last chance to share your thoughts! Take Campaign's new survey on gender-equality progress Our new survey, created with Kantar, addresses topical discussion points around gender parity in Asia Pacific workplace including flexible hours, the value of mentors and men and women's motivations to lead. We also ask - anonymously - about experiences of inappropriate behaviour at work. We asked similar questions in a survey last year and the results, which revealed significant unacceptable imbalances between genders, led to the formation of a Mandate for Change, which was signed by six agency representatives in recognition that change is urgent. One year on, we want to know whether the policies and projects that have been implemented since the Mandate was launched are working. Are you seeing change? Do you feel the industry is edging toward greater parity? We need your help to determine how to continue improving things. Please help by completing this survey and sharing the link with your industry peers. Please note: the survey is completely anonymous and open to both men and women. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and sharing the results at the Women Leading Change Awards in Singapore in May and online at campaignasia.com. | | | | This message was sent to: balvistudio4.raaj@blogger.com You are receiving this email because you have subscribed to a Haymarket Media publication.
