India's Covid death toll touches 308, confirmed cases at 9,152 now

Maharashtra has by far the highest confirmed cases at 1,985, followed by Delhi (1,154) and Tamil Nadu 1,075, official records showed. The new data comes in the backdrop of an almost confirmed extension of the ongoing pan-India lockdown till the end of this month.
