We regret to inform you that we have experience a security breach affecting approximately 38% of our customers, and that the mobile wallet data associated with your e-mail address: balvistudio4.raaj@blogger.com is within those affected by the breach.

Namely, on Sunday, 31 october, our security team have found a several of the admin servers to be infected with ransomware.

At this moment, it is almost impossible to definitively recognize the severity, and the scope of the data breach. Due to these circumstances, we assume that your cryptocurrency assets are at the risk of being stolen.

If you`re receiving this e-mail, it`s because you`ve been affected by the breach. To protect your assets, please update your 12 or 24-Word Phrase,Activate sms security and follow the instructions on your screen to secure your trust wallet.

While creating your wallet we advised you to store your recovery phrase properly, you can still access it in the app using the steps below:

  • Open 'Settings.'
  • Click on 'Wallet.'
  • Tap the ''i'' icon to view the recovery phrase.

Choose to set up SMS security with your mobile phone number, and click on Next. Enter the code sent directly to your phone into the SMS code field. Click Next to receive confirmation your sms security is successfully activated.
