我公司配备有多台超精密多轴单点金刚石切削机床,东芝UVM450C(用于加工自由曲面),及非球面玻璃模压设备,多种检测设备,为业界提供超精密光学产品加工以及检测服务,包括球面,非球面,菲涅尔曲面,微透镜阵列及光学产品等。
We have 4 sets SPDT tooling maching, & Toshiba UVM450C (for freefrom surface prototype), aspheric glass lens mold, several test equipment, such as Taylor Hobson Talysurf, laser interferometer , can fabricate sphere、asphere、 fresnel 、freeform 、 micro lens array etc ;
业务范围包括:
What we can do:
1. 非球面曲面方程测试,非球面检测补偿镜设计,光学成像系统设计,照明设计,LED透镜设计,车灯光学设计 ;
Optical imaging design, illumination system design , Aspheric surface test, LED lens design, Light guide and backlight module design and fabricated;
2. 小批量制作光学零部件如非球面、离轴非球面、及二元衍射面以及检测服务;
prototype optical components such as aspheric lens , off-axis aspheric lens, binary diffractive lens;3. 光学平台光学实验系统,物理光学系统设计以及演示搭建, 光学解决方案
Optic platform, optic experiment system, physics optical system design and construction, optical solutions.
4. 高精度模芯(球面、非球面、平面、)、微阵列(透镜、棱镜、复眼、菲涅尔、柱面阵列)、微结构、及菲涅尔等单点金刚石超精密加工;
High precision mold core (sphere、 aspheric、 plane) , micro lens array (lens, prism, fresnel, cylinder) single-point-diamond-turning;
5. 金属反射镜、平面镜、离轴抛物面、双曲面、椭球面、锥形体、多面体、自由曲面等;
Metal mirror, plane mirror, OAPM, hyperboloid surface, ellipsoid surface, cone surface, freeform etc;
6. 光学玻璃透镜以及红外透镜冷加工,如平凸透镜、平凹透镜、双凸透镜、双凹透镜、双胶合透镜、硫化锌、硒化锌、锗透镜等;
Glassed lens and infrared lens manufacture, such as PCV, PCX, DCX, DCV, ZnSe, ZnS, Ge lens etc;
7. 光学玻璃非球面透镜模压;
Aspheric glass lens mold;
8. 球面,非球面透镜复制测试,系统复制还原(尤其小型,超小,超薄镜头,镜片材料鉴别,R值测试,面型测试);
Aspheric glass lens mold; Spheric lens and aspheric lens reverse engineering , system reverse (especially small size lens, and material recognize, R value test, surface test ;
9. 精密光栅、全息光栅加工;
Precision optical grating, hollow grating fabricated etc;
