We'd like to hear what more men think about inclusivity, equality and diversity efforts in Asia's marketing, advertising and communications industry.
Campaign and
Kantar's
Diversity Survey is now in its third year and we're keen for our respondent pool to be as balanced as possible. Could you help by sharing the survey with a male colleague, or taking it yourself?
We need your help to see how far our region has come and where it can continue to improve.
Take the survey and win a ticket to our Women Leading Change conference.
Last year, we found that unfair treatment between different types of people was becoming more apparent, and people thought change wasn't happening fast or visibly enough. We've heard about the positive implementation of mentoring programmes within the industry and leadership groups installing diversity initiatives: but is this enough? Has it made any difference? We want to hear from you so that together we can keep pushing the diversity movement forward.
This year, we've expanded the discussion beyond gender to include diversity considerations relating to race, ethnicity, age and more. We are extremely grateful for a few minutes of your time and would like to thank you for your continued support in making Asia's marcomms industry a more diverse and productive place to be.
The results of the survey will be presented at the
Women Leading Change Conference on
June 4, 2019 in
Singapore and online at
CampaignAsia.com. Returning in 2019, The Women Leading Change Conference will be a full-day programme designed to equip business leaders with actionable steps and practical guidance on how to make diversity a priority for everyone in the workplace.
